Based on random reports that have hit the internet, it seems at least 9 people have died in ICE custody in the USA, and there's been at least one stillbirth.

Plus, if you really wanted to stick it to the DSA, I would root for Mamdani to win. Because maybe then, folks will discover that governing is a lot harder than they realized, that compromise is necessary, and that incremental progress isn’t the worst thing and is better than no progress at all.

I strongly dislike the DSA. They’ve been problematic for years. But if you’re rooting for Adams or Sliwa to win to prove some kind of point to them that’s no different than folks rooting for Trump to win to stick it to the Democrats.
