I fr love malcom x. I have this photo on my wall. I read his book during an extremely tough and isolated part of my life. It made me resilient and motivated me to tackle my problems head on and with fervor.

The Zoot Suit Riots were a series of conflicts that occurred in 1943 in Los Angeles between U.S. servicemen and Mexican American youths, the latter of whom wore outfits called zoot suits. The riots were fueled by racism, colonialism, and tensions between Mexican American men and white servicemen.
