That's a total of 279,680 entries, then dividing it by 9 (max entries per player) will yield a minimum of 31,075 active accounts in EU (with alts).
SEA has 39,307. (10.3% decrease from last raffle in 8.0 Late-Jan this year). And as far as I know, we can't buy entries which makes it more exact.

This is passable, I think... but quite bad(?). The official CGs have Coralie blocking her arm. Had to use a YT vid. That means... VIDEO COMPRESSION. God, the edges & outlines got massacred, the color was also washed out. Enjoy the "color correction" of an amateur.
