exactly, Surfaces and Lumias were hella well known for their bad QC and build quality, always issues yet they charge apple money for less than apple quality like you said

crazy unrepairable! you can't fix the machine without breaking the screen, and parts for old Surface Pros are always hard to come by.
tho only recently that they backtracked by selling new parts for new Surface devices on iFixit and doing repair guides. but still sucks for old times Surface users
