I associate theme park mascots with costumes that are kinda off-model or blown up so an actor can fit inside so it's absolutely hysterical to me that the one for DK is really just straight-up the character at the right height. That's just Donkey Kong in real life. This is as on-model as it gets.

there are a lot of this particular one kind all together but it's right next to a football pitch so it's rife with Child Kicking Mushrooms activities. Very few of them are intact and the whole area smells like mushroom now.
