Liverpool just so sloppy and scrappy again, it's consistent now. They need to retake control, score again and kill off this match.

Liverpool wasted some chances and woeful defensively and in defensive transition. Questionable subs imo as well, but it's a long season ahead - will see what happens vs. Bournemouth but work still needs to be done.

@jameshorncastle.bsky.social When you said on the AthleticFC podcast that the final matchday had the "illusion of jeopardy"... I completely agree but it is more exciting and I'd argue it's the reason why the expanded Euro's, AFCON & Asian Cup are more exciting and this upcoming World Cup.
