I am trying not to eat all the rolls i made today before my guests get here. And the smoked duck (don't like turkey) is smelling pretty amazing.

I'm gonna be in the next issue of Tattoo Industry magazine! The fact that I have never heard of it means nothing about its importance so we'll see what happens when it comes out.
