One poke!!
Been heating my arms for almost 2 hours, so just slight burning. And drinking as much water as I possibly can. Nurse took one look and said I had one juicy vein come to the surface. One poke and very good blood return. Just waiting for them to mix my meds. Yay for this Friday the 13th!!

MRI done! That was definitely a lot better than last time. And only 3 pokes till they got a successful IV in. Only thing that would’ve made it good was if I could’ve gotten dumplings after. Also if the IV pokes didn’t have to be in my hands.

They are always under feet while I’m making dinner and I know they are purposely trying to trip me so I’ll drop something and they will get a snack. That will not be this day Dimples and Pineapple!
