I can't decide which is worse: Chuck Schumer allowing specific members to vote in favor of the CR or Chuck Schumer having lost control of his caucus. Either way, he should no longer be in leadership since both options are the result of him being weak.

If Chuck Schumer entertains a deal that consists of a "promise to vote on ACA tax credits in December," he needs to be removed from leadership. A true leader would never accept anything less than a firm commitment. Schumer always plays the role of Charlie Brown with the football and never learns.

If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.
