It's okay. I'm mostly just home sick. The place where I live is BEAUTIFUL, don't get me wrong. It's so vibrant and green and most people I've interacted with have been nice. I'm also very lucky to have amazing in-laws. It just doesn't feel like home yet? Maybe that will change in the future.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I'm glad you have a place to go that makes you feel safer, though.

Honestly it's mostly small stuff. Like not having my favourite foods or restaurant to go to. Little comforts like knowing my city and seeing familiar faces and places I've experienced my whole life. Seeing different products in the store and that uncertainty of ease of access to certain things.

Thank you. I am actually in Oregon, so I'm not directly exposed to a lot of aggressive people. And I am VERY lucky my husband's family is very nice and mostly progressive. I just can't seem to avoid seeing things about it, which makes me anxious. I am safe, and grateful to be here of all places.

I appreciate it. I have a good support network and people in my immediate life are very kind. I just didn't expect all the little things to add up to so much? If that makes any sense at all lol.
