Submissions open. After a healthy run into 2025 (Bananas, crumbling hospitals, struggling hospices and mouldy homes) we’re in a bit of an ideas drought.
Pls drop me a line if there is a topic in Notts you feel is deserving of wider exposure. People led stories preferred.

Even weirder when they are emailing you to ask you how much you enjoyed going to an event they cancelled just an hour before it was due to start!
God these theatres, concert venues, and restaurants are so needy. “How did we do? How did we do? Go on tell me, how did we do?”

It’s like other things in life, my friend. I’ll tell you if it’s really good. I’ll tell you if it’s really bad. But if you hear nothing, it’s safe to assume it’s fine. OK?

I think my issue is work never dies down so it’s work and tyranny of adulthood in a rap battle. Constantly.
Whenever work dies down a bit, the monstrous task of put-aside admin begins. Forms, returns, organisational arrangements, payments, receipts, invoices. The great bureaucratic fucking tyranny of adulthood, which can never be truly defeated.
