I think figuring out how to prioritize needs and goals is going to be huge, figuring out what I can delegate or outsource, and giving myself like a zillion times more grace than I have been.

It’s truly a gift and a curse. Being an ideas person has been a huge asset in my life but having very bad executive function means I actualize maybe 3% of my ideas. Realizing my brain is not suddenly going to gain executive function is a huge shift for me.

I’ve known I’m neurodivergent for a while, but I don’t think I fully realized what that means for me. My brain is always at an 11 out of ten with thoughts. Sometimes it’s worry and turns into OCD, but sometimes it’s just ideas, things I want to do, lists of what needs to get done.
