With USAID's murky future, it is an open question what will become of the Pentagon's humanitarian assistance, disaster response mission. USAID aid is a main part of gray-tail diplomacy.
Plus other programs like Denton Amendment, jointly ran by DOD/DSCA/USAID to ferry donated equipment via USAF
