And they were all after Hunter Biden big time.Tiny potatoes compared to how the Trump family is cashing in.
NEW: Don Trump Jr.--after helping pick top Pentagon officials to join his dad's administration--has now become an investor and advisor to Pentagon drone builders. This as President Trump orders Pentagon to buy more drones. A NYT investigation of this latest conflict.

Over a million Russian soldiers killed or seriously maimed — just cannon fodder to Vladimir Putin. He just conscripts more. Their lives hold no importance or meaning to him.
These are the indicative estimates of Russia’s combat losses as of Oct. 16, according to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

I often call a Uber & usually converse with the drivers. So many are well educated, but in today's job market, cannot find a job to support themselves & their families. Uber is their lifeline. They fear the arrival of driverless cars which will lessen the demand for human drivers.
Waymos are already taking over American cities. Every new and safe rollout of these driverless cars “is one step toward a future in which the company is embedded in American life,” Saahil Desai writes.

Driverless cars are making big inroads. But for many Uber & Lyft drivers, this job is the only job left to pay bills & not lose their homes. Have had many highly educated drivers who can’t find jobs in their respective fields. Now they are scared that driverless cars will take their only option away.

Netanyahu, some of his extreme-right wing cabinet officials & decision-makers in the IDF,have demolished Israel's image for eons to come & spread anti-Semitism globally. How could the grandchildren & great-grandchildren of Holocaust victims do this horror to non-Hamas civilians in Gaza?
Chef Andres has had to halt food prep in Gaza. Again.

"World Central Kitchen teams in Gaza have again run out of ingredients to cook warm meals. We served 80,000 meals yesterday, emptying the last of our replenished stocks while aid trucks remain stuck at the border."

The biggest lie was that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from him when in reality he was trying to steal it from the legitimate winner. Amazing how gullible millions believed him.

Congressional Republicans are like spineless sheep. Even if some harbor serious concerns about Big, Beautiful Bill, they are terrified of incurring Trump's wrath so they line up to follow his commands.
Even Republicans in Congress are pointing out Trump doesn't seem to realize the bill slashes hundreds of billions of dollars from Medicaid which he says is a taboo. Why are they doing this? No one can say.

This is absolutely sickening and irresponsible. Trump Administration, while not (yet) eliminating EPA like it did USAID, is going to choke our lungs as it drops regulation after regulation.
The EPA has announced a proposal to eliminate Biden-era regulations restricting power plant greenhouse gas pollution, a move that would significantly increase U.S. emissions.

The great ones, from this extraordinary musical era, are falling one after another. Okay, this was my youth so maybe I'm biased, but in broad generalities with exceptions, the music of today just doesn't reach these past levels. Wish they could be "discovered" by today's youth. RIP Brian Wilson.

Written by Willie Nelson, the song "Crazy" was/is Patsy Cline's signature song. No one sings the song like Patsy did. It's her signature song and she owns it.
There is an incredible-sounding new Patsy Cline box set available for Record Store Day -- and here is an incredible Eddie Dean essay on Cline, the honky-tonks and country fans of Washington in the 1950s, and much more www.washingtonpost.com/entertainmen...

For 6th weekend since becoming Prez, Trump flies to Mar-a-Lago for weekend. Helicopter, Air Force One, staff, equipment, Secret Service all cost huge bucks! Think how many Fed jobs could have been saved with this money. Biden went to DE nearly every weekend & that wasn't right either.

Do not follow this post's request to cancel The Washington Post. Cancelling only hurts the journalists & editors of the paper, not Jeff Bezos. Just look at the home page-definitely not a homage to Donald Trump. Critical and deep analysis.
The Washington Post remains one of the finest papers around.
One thing that all scientists can do now: Cancel the Washington Post.

Bezos is intent on using it to help Trump. They just added rightwing Salena Zito fm DC Examiner.

Subscribe to news sources run by journalists, not billionaires—like the Guardian US, Philly Inquirer, TPM, Slate, and The Prospect.

The best, extensive, insightful and inside coverage from the city where Donald Trump resides -- The Washington Post.
Just awed and humbled by The Post's newsroom: Journalists covering the Trump administration and everything else with skill, courage, tenacity and integrity, breaking news that would otherwise go unreported, without fear or favor, in the best traditions of the institution

STUNNED watching Donald Trump’s comments on Gaza earlier tonight. He is totally delusional! Wants US dominated resorts on Gaza with all its citizens gone. (Egypt & Jordan don’t want them & anyway most want to stay home.) Wants Canada, Greenland & Panama too. How will we get through the next 4 yrs!

Requiring federal employees to report agencies/govt. employees who are "hiding" DEIA employees reminds me of
strict totalitarian governments where employees (and other civilians)were required to spy on their fellow workers, neighbors, friends and even family and report them to the government.
DEIATruth@opm.gov is where federal employees are to send complaints that agencies are hiding DEIA employees or policies. Feel free to make a note of that.
