I’m proud to be involved in this year’s BBC Proms Soul Revolution at the Royal Albert Hall. Never has the time been more right to highlight the songs of protest by some of the most iconic and revered Black artists of all time. This is my 30th time performing at Royal Albert Hall and I’m honoured!

This week has continued to be an incredible return to my home town. Yesterday Wolves Grand shocked me into silence with a plaque on seat B25 in the stalls with my name on it.

This week has continued to be an incredible return to my home town. Yesterday Wolves Grand shocked me into silence with a plaque on seat B25 in the stalls with my name on it.

I went snorkelling and I loved it!
The further out we went, the more I loved it! Coral, reef sharks (harmless!) and soooo many species of fish.
So we did it again today!
And again tomorrow!
