I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with for the last year. Every member of Cosmic Coda brought something special to the team. We had our challenges and grew together, I couldn't be prouder of how far we've come. From a simple game jam, to DES315 then #DARE2025!

For #DARE2025 I worked with Cassie to implement an "input guidance" system for increased #Accessibility. An optional overlay that gives more obvious prompts to the player as to what desired inputs are during the chase sections in the game to help reduce cognitive load.

So the hot housing phase of #DARE2025 comes to a close. The Cosmic Coda team worked so hard throughout and I'm very proud of them and what they've achieved. We have a couple of bonus weeks to work on the game, but we're going to take a short break first.

With the first half of DARE Academy hot housing complete, its good to do a bit of #retrospective. The team have been working so hard, but there's always room for improvement and lessons to learn, and we'll look to take those into the next half to really succeed.
