It was 35% whipping cream. It whipped up fine but once I added the other ingredients, like you suggested, it not only didn't come together it separated. I added some more whipped cream, folded it in and froze that. It tastes fine but the liqueur went to the bottom.

Tried this yesterday and because I'm from Canada, I followed your instruction about whipping the cream first then adding the other ingredients. Not only would it not thicken it almost separated. Where did I go wrong?
