Texas Republicans have done it again! Playing to the sadness of the Hill Country flood they are patting themselves on the back about their "accomplishments" to rectify an awful act of nature. WITHOUT thinking through their new bill, they rushed to DO SOMETHING after years of DOING NOTHING.
