Good news from Colorado: A U.S. District Judge ordered a school district to restore library books they banned by next week, prohibiting the district from further restrictions on access to books that the school board objects to politically.

I found this pretty porcelain shoe which happens to be a souvenir of Detroit. Just like my hometown, it's a little battered and chipped in a few places, but still beautiful!
