I personally believe that’s why depression and anxiety is so high - too many thoughts too much to be worried about - it ages these young people. But God can intercede

Yes my son didn’t get a phone until 15 he was in high school - I can’t take full credit, it’s the grace of God but he isn’t glued to his phone I’m grateful
