Hidden within tonight's #Hoboken City Council 1,000 page agenda package: a resolution to negotiate an agreement with Skylight Real Estate Partners for the Garage B redevelopment site. Administration is withholding info on this from public as well as Council members.

The oyster toadfish will be joining the Cove to Cove Migration Parade this June 15. This artwork by Ann Marshall belongs to her family of weird fish of the Hudson River.
You can join the parade at 3 p.m. Hoboken's Maxwell Place Park.

Captain Sam Merrett of the Schooner Apollonia on Pier 12 this morning at the Shipyard Marina in Hoboken. Boat boxes were delivered to area residents supporting the Apollonia's sustainable shipping on the Hudson River.

As the Earth Terns, an Earth Day event at #Hoboken Public Library last night. Advocates for the terns, Noelle Thurlow and Jeffrey Train with FBW's Heather Gibbons and Kate Valenta. The revival of the lower Hudson Estuary sparked the retern of the terns to Hoboken's waterfront.

By the 1980s, a derelict waterfront was waiting to be transformed in Hoboken. FBW, after 34 years of advocacy, has a public park at its waterfront that is close to completion.

Our Plan for the Hoboken Waterfront established in 1990 proposed a continuous, public waterfront park along the Hudson River shoreline that today is nearing completion. The last street at the waterfront, Sinatra Drive, provides a clear delineation between the public & private spaces.
