(We didn't add any new companies during this timeframe, so that is all regular role churn)

Both metrics start relatively high on Dec 24, drop sharply on Dec 25–26, remain low through Dec 28, then uptick slightly around Dec 29–30. Activity declines again around Jan 1–2, shows a small bump on Jan 3, drops near zero on Jan 4, then rises sharply on Jan 5 and peaks on Jan 6, with job requests added reaching the highest value on the chart and deletions also increasing significantly.
