We were trying to get hold of this information in 2023 as we suspected schemes in Enfield were counted as 'starts' when nothing was happening. The next thing people will realise is that they changed the way demolitions are counted to show a greater increase.

It will be interesting to see how the auditors consider land values at Meridian Water. Will the land acquired by the Council now be worth far less than previously thought due to the limitations of the site due to the water main "discovery" ? enfielddispatch.co.uk/council-warn...

Yesterday's Local Plan hearing session included the 17-storey development in the council's 5-year housing land supply trajectory. Amazing that they had not checked whether it was still likely to go ahead before the hearing.

The only reason they can claim it is low carbon is because incinerator emissions are not counted locally.

The "leftover heat" is generated due to appalling waste/recycling rates.
