By the way I'm not calling it "ICE" anymore. That's intended to sound cold and hard and make people even more afraid. Yes, people do need to be afraid. But the terror that something called "ICE" coming for you would inspire is not helpful. So I'm going back to calling it "immigration."

Instant Pot Bean & Vegetable Stew for 2

Add a good oil to your inner pot. Saute diced Onion, Carrots, Celery, Red pepper and ½lb cubed Tofu, plus your favorite herbs and spices. Use any veggies you have or want. The more the merrier. Experiment! Add ¼ C Black beans, ¼ C Red Beans, 2T Tomato paste & boiling water to cover all by 2" Set to Bean / high / 35 min When pressure is released remove lid, bring to boil and stir in 2T cornstarch dissolved in 4T water to thicken. Eat right away or let sit on "Keep Warm" as long as you like. Gets better with time. Add a good oil to your inner pot. So disappointing. I used to think – to some extent – positively about Elon. Now I just think he's just a big ole white Afrikaner looking to bring the horrors of Apartheid to everyone who doesn't kiss the disgusting maga ring. Maybe because that dynamic feels like home?

Small human standing before huge, gorgeous, bountiful Mother Gaia. Gaia is about the size to this human that a mother would be to a 5th or 6th grader. " Human: "We're sorry for being so selfish. We never meant to kill nature.” Gaia buries human in an embrace and says: “That wasn't what I meant by self-centered. “Nature is adaptable. No matter what you do to it it will simply change and take on new forms. "It has survived worse things than you. You are however in the process of changing it so much that you can't live in it. You're not killing nature, you're killing yourself. “That's what I mean by self-centered. You think that just because you can't live in it, then nothing can." Human raises head and asks, astonished: "What?" Gaia:" You're fucking yourself over big time and won't be missed."
