I honestly believe our most powerful position in a toxic time that feeds on cynicism, apathy,& despair is to genuinely care and act for a better world.
Cynicism is our enemy. We should check it, incl. on the left. It’s not intellectually superior. It’s the virus they’re trying to infect us with. NO

Wishful, naive thinking....are there NO Republicans who know, in their heart of hearts, how dangerous everything is right now?? And could come together to join forces with Dems, impeach Trump, and then we can move on?? I feel like there IS a way to do this...eh? Am I crazy??

95% of what I see in the news these days is DJT, Bezos, Zuck, etc....it feels insurmountable. I'm curious: who are the emerging leaders who want to fight this oligarchy with integrity? Who can we lift up??

You guys. It's up to us to stand strong, not bow down, speak out, and seek out/lift up other voices that don't curry favor with fascists.

I've been seeing ads from the CDC over on FB encouraging people to get vaccines (flu/covid/shingles/etc), and the amount of comments from people saying "absolutely not/did my own research, no way" is INCREDIBLY alarming. Hard not to feel like we're already screwed from a public health standpoint 😫
