I spent like 90 minutes peeling, coring, and dicing apples while getting paid because there was so few calls and orders. Neat. (I am making apple cake for a get together tomorrow)

Things I am reflecting on from the last year: I miss my babies desperately, but I didn't realize how fully grief had consumed me. I'm doing well in my job, and it's secure. I have in the last few weeks started cooking things again. I'm actually making progress on cleaning my house to a livable state

I swung by the Italian bakery after doing a grocery and got a 5" layer cake for $14, it's chocolate cake with chocolate pudding filling and fudge icing. Muehehe :3

My plan this week is to treat myself to a sirloin at longhorn steakhouse and to get dessert from the Italian bakery (this may be a cake or it might be an assortment of patisserie), and also do very little else. So far, achieving and exceeding.
