I hope you can get some relief! Pain management is so important. Chronic pain is draining too, on top of everything else.

The other way is to leave home without your phone! Try it—even for a short trip to the grocery store.

I think it’s also difficult for organizations that operate on a national level because health insurance is so regional.

I know what you mean! Sometimes I’m a little funny here and there, but I’m not super funny or consistently funny as a writer. I do appreciate reading humor for sure.

I’ve always thought of her as a secular saint!
