no pumpkins! The best post-Thanksgiving breakfast is leftover turkey stuffing sautéed in butter until some is crispy. Just a fancy, but far more tasty, variation on toast.

Love this beautiful bird. Each year we have one or two stop by our bird feeders on their way to someplace else. Wish they would stay!

Most the female incubates and the male brings her food, but we’ve seen them do it in reverse. Once eggs are ready for incubation, one of them is always on the nest in their bluebird house.

I had a tortie named Shadow (RIP) who was the best cat. Whenever I see Mia’s pics, it brings back wonderfully fond memories of my Shadow. Tortoiseshell cats are the best.

You need to speak to people in some of those countries. I have a good friend who lives in the UK and will need a knee replacement. Was told she’d have to wait a couple years, though. Living in constant pain for a couple of years is denial of care. & BTW- the wait to see an ortho was months.

You’re a new-to-me author. Just downloaded the first two books in the Malabar House series. Looking forward to reading them. Crime novels are my main genre.
