It didn't have to be Pete Hegseth. There are qualified people for the job. Crippling our Department Of Defense with an incompetent drunk was a choice by Trump and the Republicans. It did not have to be this way.

I finally realized what bugs me about the TikTok notice: it’s not that Trump may save it, it’s the ‘we need his permission’ vibe. It feels very Handmaid’s Tale. I don’t need permission to post on a social platform. TikTok, you’re starting to feel like a bad place. Never OfTrump
