Our @democracyfund.bsky.social #systemsmap democracyfund.org/idea/congres... showed 8 years ago the weakening of congressional oversight, reauthorization & budget/appropriation processes left many important programs unauthorized & vulnerable to elimination as is underway. Congress ceded that power.
