Nah, you can’t just sprinkle cheese, it needs a cheesy sauce! The more the merrier!!!

I made ketchup a few times and it wasn’t worth the effort. I’m a Heinz girl! Also made whole grain mustard which wasn’t bad. Have made my own relish quite a few times. We moved from a rural area to a bigger city and produce is just too expensive to make making your own worthwhile unfortunately.

Even though COVID seems to have a surge in infections in summer, they still treat it like the flu shot and don’t order in more boosters until fall. You are lucky they had any left at all actually!
