I understand the sweet tooth since being a kid thing. I always say we were raised on sugar as my mom had a sweet tooth. Sugar addiction is a real thing and it's powerful. I need to detox from it again. Ya, that's a lot of sugar you were drinking every day.Good for you making the change! Good luck.
