Democratic leaders should not rely on litigating their way out of this. Take action now. Arrest these guys. Throw them in jail.

Make *Republicans* file the lawsuits. Make *THEM* argue before a judge or jury why they were justified in kidnapping a preschool teacher in front of her children.
