In what kind of country do political journalists withhold very consequential key facts that they all know about politicians, without having to be told they should keep them quiet, only occasionally alluding to things everyone has always known? A very transparent, democratic one, I’m sure.

Unbelievable that no troops have been deployed to assist by any country. WTF is wrong with this world? What is so bad about Palestinians?

1) Either the ECHR significantly constraints government action. Then "it has to go because of that" means "we plan to, want to and will do things that are currently considered to violate human rights" or
2) Human rights protection remains the same. Then... why leave the ECHR?
