Make the kids a wearableevery year, either knit or crochet. Im currently speed knitting youngest a sweater. Apparently a generational curse because gran was often finishing knits on xmas eve too.

Game of wool: all the cardigans would look better if they let them block them. Blocking relaxes the fabric and makes it less crumpled.

Game of wool wk 4: crochet buttons have their place but they're usually quite floppy, and hard to use. Not toddler friendly at all, so i wouldnt use them for a kids costume. This is probably one of the better individual challenge premises so far tbh.

Game of wool week 3: anyone who lived through the 70s know knitted swimwear isnt practical andngets heavy and shapeless when wet.

Ok so designing something like a sofa cover in chunky is bold, given that most of it isnt plied very well so it'll look arse as soon as anyone sits on it.

Watching "game of wool" and allready slightly annoyed by things being super chunky, which is a problem with the tv format. Also fair isle isnt a super complicated technique.

It's the standard end of the month push to finish another book to feel accomplished, however its half term so family time had gotten in the way.

Trying to figure out the sweet spot for doing the story quests in oblivion. Currently finding oblivion gates and going "oh that's nice" and walking away at level 12

Playing Oblivion, this means mainly waddling around because I've picked too many flowers. Stealth archer because my rut is very comfortable and homey.

Nightly routine has evolved to me putting on a simpsons episode (the good early ones) and cuddling the cat while reading. It's actually nice.

The hottest songs from my early 20s are now apparently prime kids disco songs at centre parcs. I'm clearly old as I remember half these songs through a haze of cheap alchopops and caffeine

Got to the final 5 or 6 episodes of DS9, after about 3 years of watching. Looking forward to tomorrow evening of hopefully finishing the back of a knitted sweater and watching them. Ita a boring life but it's mine at least.
