I post things like this because #bipolar is hard to navigate and I wish I'd read this kind of thing when I first got diagnosed 9 years ago. Know your own signs/triggers, be aware, but don't stop feeling the good things out of fear or anxiety of when the other shoe will drop

Also!!! We 3D printed and I painted this cake topper for them!! Which I'm super proud of, just need to finish it up and coat it in a food safe layer

It has an orange brush, two green scrunchies, make up wipes, lip balm, and hen party sash - all in a toiletry caddie and wrapped in wedding party colours!

Also, today I cleared all three of the inboxes I manage for my club facilitation role, cleared and cleaned my bedroom (something I have needed to do but couldn't) and I've made gifts for all the girls coming to the weekend hen! I had many spoons today
