This sticker in my car got me out of a ticket. I kid you not. A cop pulled me over. We chatted. I got a warning. As the officer left he said, “I’ll tell him you said hi.” He pointed back to his cruiser labeled, K-9 unit.

The syllabus my curriculum committee wanted for a new course this fall is nothing but a list of topics. There is no way to be more specific. We don’t even know what we don’t know yet.
