The crowd rose to their feet last night as the game between the Utah Jazz and the LA Clippers went to overtime. The Jazz couldn't hold Clippers back though, ultimately losing 120 - 116.

It was definitely a fun game to shoot though!

Sunday's game between the Utah Jazz and the Brooklyn Nets was a real nail biter. It was still down to the buzzer, even in overtime. And, the game had one of the nastiest falls I've seen in quite a while. #jazz #nets #NBA #basketball

Last month, I traveled with @hufh4m.bsky.social to Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante national monuments. President Trump previously reduced them. In 2021, President Biden expanded them. Ahead of the inauguration, some wonder what lies ahead for these monuments. https://buff.ly/40wGvER

I had a blast shooting the Utah Jazz / Los Angeles Lakers game last night. it was almost a home court advantage for the Lakers. They clearly have a ton of Utah fans.

Plus, it's always fun when it runs right down to the buzzer. The Lakers kept their slight lead, 105 - 104.

The Dallas Mavericks rained three-pointers in the first quarter to establish an early lead that the Utah Jazz could never pull ahead of. While I know Jazz fans are not happy, it did make for some great photos!

In my journey to understand hockey, I learned last night that it becomes sudden death when you go into overtime.

The Utah Hockey Club fell to the Edmonton Oilers, 4-3, just a few minutes into overtime at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City Friday night.

A new romance-only bookstore opened in Utah - Lagg Romance Bookstore.

The owners, two part-time teachers, are aware that a few of the titles on their shelves were recently banned from public schools statewide. However, they aren't worried.

I had such a blast photographing the Thieves Guild Cidery in Salt Lake City. It is a new fantasy themed cider bar that gives fans of fantasy culture a place of their own!

I've never been a hockey fan. So I'm learning a lot this season as Salt Lake City has its first NHL hockey team. I knew that the sport had a reputation for fighting. But I never knew that there were rules that *allowed* for fighting...

Despite the freezing temperatures, it was a pretty exciting, and a down-to-the-wire game between the Utah Utes and the BYU Cougars earlier this month. The BYU Cougars pulled ahead of the Utes in the final minute of the game with a 44-yard field goal.

This past weekend, the BYU Cougars lost to the Kansas Jayhawks - the first season defeat for BYU. And you could tell that the Jayhawks were *very* proud of themselves for stopping that winning streak.
