Two months later, it's a little better. Been doing EMDR therapy and taking time off work. Though I'm back to work Tuesday and pretty nervous.
My mental health is currently in the dumpster. I don't think my anxiety/panic attacks have been this bad since I was like 12. I wish my brain and body would just get it together.

Today has been too much. Cabinets falling out of my wall, tornado warning. I'm both anxious and exhausted. Send help.
