Thank you for actually recognizing the severity of our situation and for fighting for us.

You are handing over power to a man who has called himself our king. He wants to destroy our democracy and you are helping him do so. He has already illegally fired public workers and he will continue to do so. A shutdown is a small price to pay to preserve our jobs and freedom in the long run
