Can't speak for OP, but Philly is FULL of history and culture. It's great for all kinds of people with an interest in the outdoors, the arts, city-living or nearby farmland. Considered the east coast but cost of living is much lower than NYC 😊

Can't speak for OP, but Philly is FULL of history and culture. It's great for all kinds of people with an interest in the outdoors, the arts, city-living or nearby farmland. Considered the east coast but cost of living is much lower than NYC 😊

Oakland is fantastic! Amazing art and the bay in general is beautiful.
It's hard to say that there's an objective best city. Everyone has their own needs & wants in a city - and Oakland's not a bad choice for your best! 😊
