He holds the Mo 7th district that I lived in my whole life (until 5 yrs ago). The last time a Dem held this seat was 1960. The Dem party doesn't throw any money at this area. You usually don't even know who the Dem candidate is until you see it on the ballot.

They got 200 million, so they are spending around 2000-3000 per sq ft. Building prices for DC area runs around 500-600 per sq ft.
