Any updates on why worlds are down on 12/22 right now?

I agree with this deeply. Im sure this had to have come up in some meeting space, and it's a massive disservice to customers to not deliver a solution for this use case.

Everyone gets a house by default. No high cost. Not lottery. Not limited plots.

.... If u complete the dungeon before the time runs out, u're rewarded a higher key level. Repeat this over and over to get high number (more difficult keys). This progression is called Mythic +.
Keep in mind I don't do this content anymore, but last time I did, that's how I understood it working

...Your first "key" will be auto rewarded to you after you complete your first mythic dungeon (aka mythic zero). Then, the next time you run another mythic, you'll enter your key into a slot at the dungeon starting spot, which will start a timer...

Unfortunately you can't queue "looking for group" with Mythic dungeons. You either have to gather enough people yourself or you can make/join a prepaid group in the dungeon finder window to get a group of people together...
