Can’t speak to Sigma but don’t think foothills can be considered their academy. Foothills is a “pay to play” youth club in a city with 30 other clubs.

U20 teams are a good step but I’d really like to see CPL teams have a true youth academy feeding it. Not sure this exists anywhere.
