Remind me again, who were the parties that signed the Budapest Agreement to get Ukraine to give up their nuclear wespons, and what did they promise Ukraine in return?

My memory isn't what it used to be. I'm thinking nor are many Americans' memories what it used to be. Specially DJT.

I'm starting to think Norway is the country of infinite benches...

...I'd better have a sit down...

The nice thing about "world cinema" films, for me, is that they often break the mould of Hollywood films. And since their budgets are usually more limited, they have to make up for limited special effects by having stronger stories. I do like "world cinema" films, French or otherwise.

Amélie is a great French film. I think it is classified as "world cinema", which means it is not in English, so you need to read the subtitles to follow along. But if you can make the effort, you will be rewarded with lovely, heart warming story.

EXTRA INFO: This cafe was the main location of the French film Amélie. I love that film and was very excited to be here. Of course I had to stop for a cup of coffee.

Please, don't quit! Otherwise, where am I going to get my daily bench fix?
😉

🤣🤣🤣

That is hilarious. I hope you realise I was really just joking with you. It's my sort of humour. But I think it's hilarious that you are running with it. It should bring some smiles to a few faces.

Feel free to go back to your old bio whenever you like...

🤣🤣🤣

🤣🤣🤣

As long as you keep the nice pictures coming, I'm not complaining!

I'm thinking, you could consider changing your bio to:

"Middle aged norwegian dude with an older camera and a healthy obsession with benches"

What do you think?
😁

All you need there is a bench, so you can sit down and admire the view.

EXTRA INFO: I was in Paris this year primarily to run the Paris Marathon. However, of course I had the camera with me, and of course I was going to take some pictures!

I stayed for a few days after the marathon to spend some time to visit the city, which I had never previously been to. Wonderful.

EXTRA INFO: This is the last picture from my Vancouver, Canada series. Tomorrow we move to Paris....

Nice shot. I can't help but see a smily face emoji in it. Is that just me?

(The stick is the mouth, and the two bright stops above are the eyes.)

Nice photo. I'm not sure if I prefer the horizon there or not. Having no horizon line in the frame gives the mind the space to image that the wonderful leaves go on forever...

Still, it's a nice picture.
