The constitutional scheme is very simple: 1- The Congress is to pass laws; 2- The President is to implement the laws passed by Congress and 3- The judiciary is to decide legal disputes.

Members of the House and Senate take an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States. Every day that Representatives and Senators watch trump violating the Constitution and do not speak out they are violating their oath.

It doesn’t matter if Donnie gave a heads up to his supporters to buy stocks before he announced the tariff suspension. Republicans in the House and Senate will do nothing about it
