The UN is really giving off the End of the League of Nations vibes right now. If it has no power to actually intervene in obvious atrocities then how long before a country that is being condemned just leaves a la Japan in 1933.

Couldn't the government use the CHMC to provide grants to home builders to build homes let's say under 1700 sq ft. Something in the same ethos as the post war strawberry box homes. Simplified standardized construction to promote them being built faster.
