Multiple psychiatrists have acknowledged his behavior throughout his entire life is consistent w/ a diagnosis of malignant narcissistic personality disorder. So, yes, insane — criminally so.

The only way to explain Trump is to acknowledge that he is insane. Certifiably so. No sane person could say and do the things he says and does. He should be institutionalized. Not to treat his insanity; he's too far gone for that, but to protect the rest of society from him and his sick followers.
