Huh, I did this as a Map Mod and it works quite well for me. Making people sick shouldn't be an issue, since it's a random effect for a single map, which means it will be active for 2-5 minutes max.

Yes, you can JUGGLE GRENADES in this game. And punch them at your enemies.

Works kinda like a grenade launcher, which means you're a grenade launcher, if you think about it. 🤔

Also, synergy with Double-Jump lets you fly above the enemies and bombard them.
