A narration box states, "I started this comic to capture my love for Hazel so I would have an archive fo sorts before my garbage memory fails me. Little did I know, by the time I would finish it, we'd add a second cat to our family." Hazel and Clover are wrapped around each other and looking up lovingly. Another panel shows us as a family seated on the couch. Ellie rubs Hazel's head as she sits loafed on the back of the couch. I was going to do so much today. But the wind has been cut out of my sails. I went to take my car in to get the brake pads replaced and someone busted open my back passenger window. It’s been a little over 1 year since my car was almost stolen from the same exact spot.
A gray car with its back passenger window smashed open. The same car, but a shot from the interior. Glass shattered all over some rain boots and the seat.
